My Face Routine

1. Cetaphil - PH Neutral so perfect for washing face and body anytime. I use it primarily for face out of the shower. 2. I make homemade yogurt which naturally has alpha-hydroxy acid. So I use a tablespoon for my face and neck and then jump in the shower after 10 minutes. Leaves the skin smooth. 3. Regenerist line olay serum. That's my primary moisturizer or the Neutrogena 45 SPF sunblock for when I am out and about. With summer in Baltimore looming with hiking etc, that's what I rely on. Plus both are less than 3 oz so for a frequent traveller like me I can pop it into my travel bag! New product to try for future. I have ordered a sample of Lycogel foundation (Dermica MD makes it I think). I am curious to see if it helps my skin. I am not a huge foundation person but thought I would give it a try after hearing all the buzz. Samples can be requested from any dermatologist's office for free or cheap. For redness from threading waxing at appointments, I have taken to having visine in my purse. With a cotton ball saturated pressed on redness it goes away quickly. Tucks pads that are anti-inflammatory aids with witch hazel. Good for under eye swellings going down from staying up too late.
